Show Rate

Definition

The percentage of booked meetings or appointments where the prospect actually attends, out of all meetings scheduled.

Business Importance

A low show rate means SDR-booked meetings aren't translating into real sales conversations — it's a signal to improve confirmation and reminder workflows, not just booking volume.

Industry Examples

An SDR pod booking 40 demos in a month with 32 prospects actually attending has an 80% show rate.
