Outbound Calling & Cold Calling Services
A dedicated outbound calling pod that works your prospect list by phone, from registry-scrubbed numbers to qualified conversations recorded in your CRM, billed per FTE rather than per call or per lead.
Overview
Outbound calling is the part of sales development that happens on the phone: calling decision-makers who have not asked to hear from you, opening a conversation and finding out whether there is a real fit. Infusion BI runs it from New Delhi and Haldwani, India, with a pod of sales development reps who call only for your brand. Before a number is dialled, the list is filtered against your Ideal Customer Profile, cleaned by hand and screened against national Do Not Call registries, including India's NCPR (formerly NDNC). Calls into India run under our TRAI telemarketing registration. SDRs dial manually, 80 to 100 calls a day each, or on predictive dialers with local presence numbers, and every call is recorded and logged in your CRM. Prospects who qualify against BANT or your criteria go to your sales team, or, when your business needs it, the pod takes the sale through to close within the pricing limits you set.
What are outbound call center services?
Outbound call center services put a trained team on the phone to reach prospects for your business. Infusion BI runs B2B cold calling from India with a dedicated SDR pod: lists are filtered against your ICP and Do Not Call registries, including NCPR in India, every call is recorded in your CRM, and qualified prospects go to your sales team.
Common Operational Challenges
Calling That Never Gets Done
Account executives know the phone works, but dialling loses out to meetings and admin, so outbound activity rises and falls with everyone else's calendar.
Lists Nobody Has Checked
Bought or exported lists go straight into the dialler with wrong numbers, switchboards and contacts who have registered not to be called.
Compliance Risk on Every Call
Without registry scrubbing and an opt-out routine, one unwanted call can turn into a complaint against your brand and your telemarketing partner.
No Record of What Was Said
Calls are not recorded or logged, so managers cannot coach, check claims made on the phone or see why a prospect said no.
Target Outcomes
More decision-maker conversations every week, a call list you can defend to a regulator, and a recording of every call in your own CRM.
Capabilities & Solutions
B2B Cold Calling
SDRs trained in cold outreach methods and objection handling call decision-makers on your list and open conversations for your brand only.
Manual and Predictive Dialling
A dedicated SDR makes 80 to 100 manual calls a day, or more on predictive dialers; the dialling mode is agreed per campaign.
Local Presence Numbers
Cloud telephony with local presence numbers, used to improve answer rates when calling prospects in another region.
Registry Scrubbing and Opt-Outs
Every number is filtered against national Do Not Call registries, including NCPR (NDNC) in India, and anyone who opts out is flagged immediately.
Recorded, Logged Calls
All outbound calls are recorded and logged inside your CRM for quality checks, coaching and compliance review.

The Infusion BI Difference
Infusion Business Intelligence differs from a traditional BPO vendor in four operating areas: staffing, quality assurance, reporting, and SLA governance. Infusion BI assigns dedicated delivery pods instead of shared agent pools, AI-audits 100% of interactions instead of sampling, and reports through live dashboards instead of static weekly summaries.
| Area | Traditional BPO | Infusion BI |
|---|---|---|
| Staffing model | Shared staffing pools with high churn rates. | Dedicated delivery pods assigned exclusively to your program. |
| Quality assurance | Manual random QA call/ticket sampling checks. | 100% real-time AI conversations quality audit checks. |
| Reporting | Static weekly basic text reports. | Live executive BI client performance dashboards. |
| SLA governance | Generic SLA parameters with reactive support. | Domain-specific governance and SLA accountability. |
Who This Is For — and Who It Isn’t
A good fit if you…
- B2B sales teams that know the phone works in their market but cannot keep reps dialling consistently.
- Campaigns calling into India that need TRAI-registered dialling and NCPR scrubbing, or into the US, UK, Canada or Europe.
- Sales leaders who want every call recorded in HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho for coaching and compliance review.
- Teams with a defined Ideal Customer Profile and a sales team ready to take qualified conversations.
- Buyers who prefer a dedicated per-FTE pod to per-call or per-lead pricing.
Not the right fit if you need…
- Inbound customer service lines; those run as a customer experience inbound call center program.
- Programmes that want callers to set their own prices or discounts; pricing and discount limits always come from you.
- Bought bulk lists to be dialled without ICP validation or registry scrubbing.
- Pay-per-call, pay-per-meeting or pay-per-lead-only pricing, or a calling burst lasting a few days.
Scope & Exclusions
The pod owns the phone channel of your outbound program: preparing the list for dialling, making the calls and logging every outcome. Target markets, scripts and what counts as a qualified conversation are agreed in the pilot SOW.
What the team does
- Preparing call lists: ICP filtering, manual contact cleaning and Do Not Call / NCPR scrubbing before any number is dialled.
- Cold calling decision-makers from approved scripts, by manual or predictive dialling.
- Qualifying interested prospects against BANT or your agreed criteria while they are on the call.
- Recording every call and logging the outcome, notes and next step in your CRM.
- Passing qualified prospects to your sales team, or booking the meeting straight onto your account managers' calendars.
What it explicitly does not do
- Never sets pricing, discounts or contract terms outside the limits you approve.
- No unsolicited calls to numbers on DNC/NDNC registries; opt-outs are flagged and not called again.
- No purchased "spray" lists without ICP validation.
- No inbound customer service lines; those are a customer experience service.
How It Works
-
01
Agree markets, ICP and script
In discovery we confirm which countries you are calling, who the ideal buyer is and what a qualified conversation sounds like. The call script and its disclosures are approved by you and written into the pilot SOW.
-
02
Build and scrub the list
Prospects are filtered against your ICP and cleaned by hand. Every number is then screened against the national Do Not Call registry for its market, including NCPR in India, and against your own opt-out list.
-
03
Set up dialling and train the pod
Over 3 to 4 weeks we configure dialers, local presence numbers and CRM logging, and train SDRs on your product, the script and handling common objections.
-
04
Dial and open conversations
SDRs work the list by manual or predictive dialling. Each call is recorded, and any prospect who asks not to be called again is flagged immediately.
-
05
Qualify, log and hand off
Interested prospects are qualified against BANT or your criteria on the call. The outcome, notes and recording go into your CRM, and qualified prospects are passed to your sales team or booked onto a calendar.
-
06
Score, coach and report
Calls are scored by AI-assisted QA and sampled by the QA analyst, including registry and opt-out compliance. Script changes are logged and approved before use, and results feed the daily report and weekly review.

- Calls per SDR per day
- Answer rate
- Contact rate
- Dialler outcomes by disposition
- Qualified conversations passed to sales
- Qualified meeting rate
- Registry and opt-out compliance score
The Dedicated Outbound Calling Pod
Your outbound program starts with one small dedicated pod: SDRs plus a team lead and a QA analyst, sized in the SOW to your calling targets. Headcount is never shared with other clients.
Sales Development Reps
Trained in cold outreach, objection handling and your product, they call only for your brand and log every outcome.
Team Lead
Manages daily call activity, script messaging and list quality, and owns the daily performance report.
QA Analyst
Samples AI-scored calls against the QA rubric, including DNC/NDNC compliance, and drives corrective action.
The pod works inside your HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho instance, with calls recorded and logged in your CRM, and dedicated outreach domains to protect your primary domain reputation.
Quality & Governance
Every outbound call is scored by AI-assisted QA against five dimensions and sampled by the pod's QA analyst. Failures trigger CAPA (corrective and preventive action).
