Planning estimate only, not a forecast or guarantee.
How the estimate works
- Extra leads reached = leads per month × (target contact rate − current contact rate).
- Extra sales = extra leads reached × conversion of contacted leads.
- Extra revenue = extra sales × average deal value, then × 12 for the year.
It assumes newly reached leads convert like those you reach today, which may not hold. It leaves out the cost of the extra calling capacity, so compare it with your team cost. For the wider picture, read our guide to speed-to-lead pipelines.
Frequently asked questions
What is speed to lead?
Speed to lead is the time between a new lead arriving and your team's first attempt to contact it. It is usually tracked in minutes from the CRM or dialler record.
How does this calculator work?
It multiplies monthly leads by contact rate, then by the sales conversion of contacted leads and your average deal value. It runs this for your current and target contact rates and shows the difference.
Does faster follow-up guarantee this result?
No. The result depends entirely on your inputs. Use your own CRM data, and test a target contact rate with a pilot before relying on it.
