Multilingual Customer Support in English & Indian Languages

Customer support in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati and Telugu from one dedicated pod, so customers across India can be helped in the language they think in, on voice, chat, email or WhatsApp.

Response SLA: 24/7/365 Coverage Options English + Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati & Telugu

Overview

Multilingual customer support means answering customers in their own language rather than asking them to switch to yours. Infusion BI provides it from New Delhi and Haldwani, India, in English and five Indian languages: Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati and Telugu. It does not cover Spanish, French, German or other European languages. A single dedicated pod is staffed with agents for the languages your customers use, works only for your brand and takes calls, chats, emails and WhatsApp messages inside your own CRM or helpdesk. Every agent is trained and certified on your products before going live, the knowledge base and scripts are prepared for each language during onboarding, and each conversation is logged against the customer record, whatever language it was held in.

What is multilingual customer support?

Multilingual customer support is help delivered in each customer's own language. Infusion BI runs it from India in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati and Telugu, not European languages, with one dedicated pod that handles voice, chat, email and WhatsApp inside your CRM and logs every conversation, whatever the language, against the customer record.

Common Operational Challenges

English-Only Support for a Multilingual Market

Many customers across India are more comfortable explaining a problem in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati or Punjabi, and an English-only desk leaves them struggling to be understood.

Hard-to-Hire Language Skills

Recruiting, training and keeping a few agents for each regional language is slow for an in-house team, and one resignation can leave a language with no cover.

Different Answers in Different Languages

When each language desk works from its own notes, customers get different policies and promises depending on which language they chose.

Quality Nobody Can Check

Managers who do not speak the language cannot tell whether a Tamil or Gujarati conversation was accurate, compliant or polite.

Target Outcomes

Customers who are understood the first time, fewer conversations lost to a language barrier, and one record of every interaction whichever language it used.

Solutions

Capabilities & Solutions

Hindi Customer Support

Agents who handle calls, chats and emails in Hindi, and switch to English when a customer mixes the two mid-conversation.

Regional Language Desks

Agents for Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati and Telugu speakers, staffed in the same pod as your English and Hindi agents.

Language Routing

Calls, chats and tickets are routed to an agent who speaks the customer's language, with the routing rules set up during onboarding.

One Knowledge Base, Every Language

Answers, policies and scripts are prepared for each language from one approved source, so the facts do not change when the language does.

Every Channel, Every Language

Voice, live chat, email and WhatsApp in the languages agreed for your program, with one customer history across all of them.

Language-Aware Quality Checks

Interactions are sampled by a QA analyst who speaks the language and scored against the same rubric used for English.

Comparison

The Infusion BI Difference

Infusion Business Intelligence differs from a traditional BPO vendor in four operating areas: staffing, quality assurance, reporting, and SLA governance. Infusion BI assigns dedicated delivery pods instead of shared agent pools, AI-audits 100% of interactions instead of sampling, and reports through live dashboards instead of static weekly summaries.

Traditional BPO vendors compared with Infusion Business Intelligence
Area Traditional BPO Infusion BI
Staffing model Shared staffing pools with high churn rates. Dedicated delivery pods assigned exclusively to your program.
Quality assurance Manual random QA call/ticket sampling checks. 100% real-time AI conversations quality audit checks.
Reporting Static weekly basic text reports. Live executive BI client performance dashboards.
SLA governance Generic SLA parameters with reactive support. Domain-specific governance and SLA accountability.
Fit

Who This Is For — and Who It Isn’t

A good fit if you…

  • Brands selling across India whose customers prefer Hindi or a regional language to English.
  • Banks, NBFCs, insurers and e-commerce businesses serving customers outside the big English-speaking metros.
  • Programs serving Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil or Telugu speakers in the US, UK or Canada as well as in India.
  • Teams that want every language handled by one dedicated pod in their own CRM, rather than separate vendors per language.
  • Regulated sectors (BFSI, insurance, healthcare) that need clean-desk, zero-local-storage handling of customer data.

Not the right fit if you need…

  • Support in Spanish, French, German, Arabic or other European and foreign languages: we do not offer them.
  • Indian languages beyond the five we publish, such as Bengali, Marathi, Kannada or Malayalam.
  • Document translation or website localisation projects; this is a support service, not a translation agency.
  • Support that legally requires a licensed professional, in any language.
Scope

Scope & Exclusions

The pod supports your customers in the languages and channels written into the SOW. Which languages are staffed on which channel, the hours for each, and how customers are routed are agreed before go-live.

What the team does

  • Answering customer calls, chats, emails and WhatsApp messages in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati or Telugu, as agreed per channel.
  • Routing each customer to an agent who speaks their language, and recording their preferred language in your CRM.
  • Preparing scripts, macros and knowledge-base answers in each supported language from your approved English source.
  • Logging and tagging every interaction in your CRM or helpdesk in a consistent way, so managers can read the record whatever the language.
  • Escalating complex or high-risk cases to a senior lead or your internal team, with a written summary they can act on.

What it explicitly does not do

  • No languages outside the six published: no European or other foreign-language support.
  • No document translation, transcription-for-hire or website localisation services.
  • No licensed advice (financial, insurance, legal or medical) and no clinical triage, in any language.
  • Card payments are taken only inside your own compliant payment systems; agents never record card data anywhere else.
Workflow

How It Works

  1. 01

    Map languages to channels

In discovery we look at where your customers are and which languages they use on which channel, then agree the languages, hours and volumes for each queue. That language plan goes into the pilot SOW.

  2. 02

    Prepare content in each language

Your approved English knowledge base, scripts and email macros are prepared in each supported language and checked against the source, so a policy reads the same in Hindi as it does in English.

  3. 03

    Train and certify per language

Over 2 to 4 weeks agents learn your products through a knowledge transfer program and mock drills, and are certified in the language they will support before taking live conversations.

  4. 04

    Route by language

Calls, chats and tickets are routed to an agent who speaks the customer's language. If no agent for that language is free, the customer is told what happens next rather than being left waiting.

  5. 05

    Resolve, log and escalate

Agents resolve the query in the customer's language and log it in your CRM. Cases they cannot resolve are escalated with a written summary, so your internal team can act without needing the language.

  6. 06

    Check quality in every language

A QA analyst who speaks the language samples interactions against the same rubric as English. Results by language feed the daily report and the weekly governance review.

What We Measure

  • CSAT by language
  • First contact resolution by language
  • Average handle time (AHT) by language
  • SLA adherence per language queue
  • Share of contacts handled in the customer's preferred language
  • QA score by language and rubric dimension
Team

The Dedicated Multilingual Pod

Your languages are covered by one small dedicated pod: agents for each agreed language plus a team lead and a QA analyst, sized in the SOW to your volume per language. Headcount is never shared with other clients.

Language Support Agents

Certified on your products in the language they support; many also handle English, so cover stays flexible.

Team Lead

Plans shifts so each language has cover, coaches agents, handles escalations and sends the daily report.

QA Analyst

Samples interactions in each language against the QA rubric and drives corrective action on failures.

Account Manager

Your English-speaking point of contact for quality checks, scheduling and weekly alignment reviews.

The pod works inside your own stack (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk or a custom CRM) with ISO 27001-aligned controls (certification in progress).

Quality

Quality & Governance

Interactions in every language are scored against the same five dimensions and sampled by the pod's QA analyst. Failures trigger CAPA (corrective and preventive action).

01

Accuracy

The answer matches your approved source content, whatever language it was given in.

02

Compliance

Required disclosures are read in the customer's language and data-handling rules are followed.

03

Resolution

The customer's issue is resolved, or escalated with a clear summary.

04

Customer Experience

Natural, polite language for the region, with tone and empathy that fit the customer.

05

Process Adherence

Language recorded, interaction tagged and logged in the CRM, and the right escalation path used.

Governance cadence

Daily performance reports, weekly governance reviews and monthly business reviews.

Pilot

Pilot & Engagement Terms

The pilot is the standard 3-month initial term — there is no separate "free trial". You start small, measure against agreed metrics, and decide at the end of the term whether to scale, adjust or exit.

  1. 01

    Discovery & scoping

A scoping call, then a written pilot SOW with 3–5 success metrics agreed before go-live.

  2. 02

    NDA + SLA

NDA and SLA are signed before any data transfer.

  3. 03

    Onboarding & certification

Onboarding and agent certification take 2–4 weeks.

  4. 04

    Live delivery

Daily performance reports and weekly governance reviews from day one of live work.

  5. 05

    Pilot review

An end-of-term pilot review: scale, adjust, or exit.

Pod

One small dedicated pod — agents plus a team lead and a QA analyst — sized in the SOW to the agreed volume. Headcount is never shared with other clients.

Pricing

Per dedicated FTE per month or volume-based, quoted after scoping.

Exit terms

No obligation to renew after the initial term. On exit, your SOPs, knowledge base and reports are handed back, system access is revoked, and your data is returned or deleted per the agreement.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We run multilingual support delivery squads fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati, and Telugu to cover diverse customer demographics.
No. Our multilingual support covers English and five Indian languages: Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati and Telugu. We do not staff European or other foreign languages, so if your customers need Spanish, French or German support, we are not the right partner for that part of your program.
Voice, live chat, email and WhatsApp can all be supported. Which languages run on which channel, and at what hours, depends on your customer volumes and is agreed in the SOW, so that each language queue is staffed properly rather than thinly spread.
During onboarding we set up language routing: for example a language choice on your phone menu or chat window, or a preferred-language field in your CRM. Each contact is then sent to an agent for that language, and the language is recorded on the customer record.
We prepare scripts, email macros and knowledge-base answers in each supported language from your approved English content during onboarding, and you approve them before go-live. This is part of setting up support; we do not sell document translation or website localisation as a separate service.
A QA analyst who speaks the language samples interactions and scores them against the same five-part rubric used for English. Your managers see the scores, issues and corrective actions in English in the daily report and weekly review, and escalated cases arrive with an English summary.
Our published CX targets are under 60 seconds for chat and WhatsApp and under 15 minutes for email, with 24/7/365 coverage options. Targets and hours for each language queue are written into the SOW once volumes are known.
Pricing is per dedicated agent (FTE) per month or volume-based, quoted after scoping the languages and channels you need. Onboarding takes 2 to 4 weeks. The pilot is the standard 3-month initial term, with 3 to 5 success metrics agreed in writing before go-live.
