Role Summary

We are looking for motivated BPO Executives to join our operations center in Dwarka Mor, New Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels. • Maintain strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs) and first-contact resolution (FCR) targets. • Document customer interactions accurately in multi-tenant SaaS CRMs and custom ticketing engines. • Perform double-key verification data entry and KYC compliance protocols under operational guidelines.

Requirements

Excellent communication in Hindi/English; basic computer navigation skills.
